Job Description: Remote & onsite support of business IT systems including servers, networks, internet connectivity, PC hardware and software. Utilising your expertise in Microsoft Windows & Office supporting users with IT related issues. Provide accurate, professional, and effective support of our IT Systems. Troubleshooting technical problems as an escalation point and providing resolutions in a timely manner
Skills Requirement: Good communication skills as well as a deep interest on all aspects of IT are required. A knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP protocols is essential. The candidate will be expected to have excellent problem resolution skills, good organizational and prioritization skills, ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment and the ability and flexibility to perform all other job-related and ad-hoc duties as required.
