|Job Description||Position: Office Administrator /Accounts (Cover for Maternity Leave) – Immediate Start Duties: This is an Accounts/Office Administration Position, mainly dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email and liaising with Engineers. Management of sales invoicing/purchase invoicing on a daily basis. Bank Reconciliation, Revenue returns and Payroll. Month end procedures and year end. Cash flow management. Preparation and monitoring of usage reports for customers. General office duties Co-ordination and monitoring of staff workload and priorities Work with staff to ensure that deadlines and priorities are achieved
The Person: • Suitable 3rd level qualification or equivalent • Experience of Accounts/Office Administration • Proficient IT skills, Work, Excel & Powerpoint • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers • Customer focus and the provision of excellent customer service within the scope of the role • Some experience of acting as team leader/supervisor would be advantageous
