Experienced Office Manager required for Private Equity firm based in Tullamore.
Main Duties: • Responsible for overall office administration and accounts • First point of contact for clients • Developing and implementing new administrative systems and processes • Purchasing office supplies and equipment • Maintaining up to date records and maintaining filing systems • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and MS Word reports • Bank reconciliations, book-keeping and payroll administration • Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries • Manage ad hoc requests and general enquiries
