|Job Description||Job Purpose:
This role gives you responsibility for the accurate selecting and packing of customer’s orders, maintaining stock control and dealing with customers in the store. It will give you exposure to the commercial aspect of the bulb industry and increase your knowledge in the bulb varieties, sizes and classes.Job Responsibilities: Customer’s Order: Responsible for the accurate selecting and packing of customer’s orders, in a timely manner, to ensure that they are ready for the courier collection at end of day.
Stock Control: Checking all goods in with the packing sheet, to ensure correct quantities and varieties are received.
Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of bulbs on a daily basis and reporting any issues found
Customer Service: Dealing with customers in an efficient and courteous manner and giving the appropriate advice on bulb varieties, flowering time, heights etc.

Knowledge & Ability : Attention to detail is vital to ensure orders are completed correctly
