• Above average IT and technical skills relevant to stock management and daily reporting.
• Top class customer service skills including examples of going the extra mile.
• Commercial awareness including previous examples.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication as well as exceptional people skills.
• A demonstrable “flair” for Retail.
